Staff

Overview

A list of Staff members needs to be maintained to allow the Roster to be made. Follow the steps below to setup & maintain Staff.

Click Staff on the left hand menu to start managing a list of Staff.

Add Staff

Click the button to add a new Staff member.

Staff Details

Enter a Staff members name, email & phone number. The list of notification options allows for a variety of ways to communicate with Staff. Select the notification options that best suit each Staff member.

Attributes can be created to help identify the skills or expertise staff members have. These can be added and updated later.

"Notify Via"

  • Email - for the email notification to work a valid email address needs to be entered.

  • SMS - SMS is a text message to a mobile phone, for SMS notification to work a valid phone number needs to be entered.

  • Push - Push is a modern communication strategy that is gaining momentum around the world. It requires Staff members to visit https://app.ezroster.dos.nz/login register and login using the email address you specified.
