## Make Rostering Easy

ezRoster takes a simple approach to the complex problem of Staff rostering. There is a little initial setup required but once the setup is complete you can roster new jobs on different days in only a few minutes.

Managing Teams is intended to simplify the process of allocating Staff. If Staff work frequently together put them in a team & allocate them all to the Roster in a single drag and drop action.

Creating jobs helps keep track of the work that needs to be done on the scheduled dates. In some cases there may be need for a single Job and in other cases there may be hundreds. Try laying out the Jobs in different ways to find what works.

Once Staff & Jobs are setup the rostering magic begins. Rostering each day is as simple as dragging Staff onto the Job. Once the Roster is finalised it can be locked for changes and Notification's can be sent.

Monitor the days worked for each of the Staff or any absence and why.
